Beacon Awarded NASA LIST Contract

Beacon Associates was recently awarded a contract to design and deliver the NASA LIST (Langley Influence Skills Training) program to emerging leaders at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC)  in Hampton, Virginia.

Under the contract, Senior Director of Beacon’s Consulting Group, Mason Holloway, will deliver a four-day experiential leadership development training program to influence leaders at NASA, focusing on the NASA competencies of personal effectiveness, business acumen, and leading and managing others.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to work with NASA in developing the critical leadership skills they need to drive their mission forward,” says Holloway. “By bringing our extensive experience in leadership and our deep understanding in the area of human performance in the workplace, we look forward to helping NASA achieve their most important goals.”

Holloway is a world-class trainer and speaker with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, strategy development, and change management. His prestigious list of training and development clients crosses Europe and Asia, includes such companies as the U.S. Navy, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Dell, Microsoft, Deltek, and many more.

This is Beacon Associates’ first contract at LaRC, although Beacon has been a NASA contractor since 2006. Beacon has also delivered leadership training for multiple federal organizations, including several offices within the Department of Health and Human Services.
