State of Maryland Consulting and Technical Services (CATS)

The CATS II contract vehicle provides Maryland state agencies with the flexibility to obtain IT resources quickly and efficiently by issuing Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFP) or Requests for Resumes (RFR)  specific to their needs.  Beacon provides services under Task Areas 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, 11, and 17.
