Beacon is a woman-owned business that partners with its customers to help them achieve their desired mission.  In 2001, our founder, Carol Koffinke, started Beacon as an LLC specializing in executive coaching.  Beacon quickly expanded into management, training, and human resource consulting.  In 2002, Beacon incorporated and continued to expand into the technology services, organizational effectiveness, support services, and human performance disciplines that expand our capabilities and allow us to deliver full-service solutions for our customers.Beacon is now a mid-sized company with over 200 employees and project locations nationwide and overseas.
