Beacon Associates is a woman-owned, small business that partners with its customers to help them achieve their desired mission.  In 2001, our founder, Carol Koffinke, started Beacon Associates as an LLC specializing in executive coaching.  Beacon quickly expanded into mangement, training, and human resource consulting.  In 2002, Beacon Associates incorporated and continued to expand into the technology services, organizational effectiveness, support services, and human performance disciplines that expand our capabilities and allow us to deliver full-service solutions for our customers.
