Army HR Solutions Studies & Analysis (HRS&A)

The Army HR Solutions Studies & Analysis vehicle is an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF), or Time & Materials (T&M) contract types may be issued under HRsolutions.  Under this vehicle we offer study and analysis support to include process re-engineering, policy analysis, training and development, policy development, data management, and other consulting services.  We are a member of the Booz Allen team.
