Ann Marie Bryant Chief Operating Officer

Ann Marie Bryant is Beacon’s Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of senior management experience to the company’s executive team. Before Beacon, she spent 7 years with Ernst & Young and 6 years in the finance industry and has directly served commercial and federal clients including VA, FEMA, DHS, GSA, Sprint PCS and Coca-Cola.
In 2003, she became the first person Carol hired to grow the newly founded Beacon Associates, and she has been Carol’s right hand person since the beginning, progressing from Director of New Projects, to Vice President of Business Solutions, to her current position as Chief Operating Officer. Ann Marie is currently being groomed to serve as the next President of Beacon Associates.
Ann Marie has been a key factor in Beacon’s exceptional growth from $200k in 2002 to $23 million in 2011. She has been intricately involved in the development and management of each area of the company to the point where the company has two well developed lines of business, spanning both the federal and commercial sectors.  She oversees these leaders and empowers them to drive the company to the next level. 

Key Accomplishments

• Re-structured organization into divisions with a more robust Leadership Team
• Created all pricing and financials including DCAA-compliant overhead pools resulting in Beacon being profitable every year
• Created Beacon’s initial information technology infrastructure including our network, phone systems, hardware, software and telecom
• Created and rolled out a formal relationship management process for all managers and supervisors.
• Actively manage and maintain the Beacon culture, including employee satisfaction and effectiveness at achieving the company vision; 90+% retention rates every year.
