Ann Marie Bryant, Vice President of Business Solutions
Ann Marie Bryant has over 15 years experience in project and program management, including seven years at Ernst & Young Management Consulting. She has led internal and external technology projects with up to 100 staff. Currently, she is responsible for ensuring the quality implementation and execution of Beacon Associates solutions.

Kristen Vanderbush, Vice President of Business Development
Kristen Vanderbush has over 15 years experience in Federal business development, with experience in all types of government contracting. Using her strength for growing emerging small and 8(a) companies, she is responsible for bringing Beacon Associates solutions to the government.

Amy Pfaff, Vice President of Operations
Amy Pfaff is Beacon’s Vice President of Operations and has over 15 years of experience in human resources, finance management, and corporate support. She has experience as both a supervisor and project manager with large corporations such as T. Rowe Price Associates and Crestar Bank.  Her work at Beacon includes the oversight and management of all operational support staff, including Human Resources and Accounting.
